Charlie Jones Posted October 11, 2021 Share Posted October 11, 2021 Hi, we are currently experiencing issues with general usage of the service manager where we have to refresh the page after every action. For example, if we mark an email as read in the mailbox it will not show until the webpage is refreshed. I've done a Health Check on your instance and I don't see anything that suggests that it is running slow or being impacted at the moment. If you are experiencing this still, are you able to confirm if the same occurs for users that connect to Hornbill from outside of your internal network?
