Will J Douglas Posted September 19, 2021 Share Posted September 19, 2021 Hi, We've recently rolled out Service Manager to our HR function and they have requested whether it would be possible to include Stage and Stage Checkpoints as columns in the Request List. As we're using SM for employee onboarding and the process is quite long, they would like to be able to see at which stage in the process each request is, without having to go into the request itself. Perhaps make use of the request sub-statuses to highlight the stage of the request? The sub0status is already included in the columns that can be displayed in the request list view... alternatively make use of custom fields that workflow updates with different values as the request progresses?
