Adrian Simpkins Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 Hi All, Following on from today's issue with a number of services not being available on the portal I wanted to see if there is a method I have missed to post a bulletin relating to all services. Currently we would set a bulletin against a service and this feeds into our impacted services widget etc on the portal. However, today as the services that are impacted are not available I have had to use a service that is not impacted but still available to everyone to post details of this issue, which of course is not ideal. What I would like to be able to do is post a bulletin that sits above all services because the impacted services are not even available to view at the moment to set a bulletin. Also as a large number of services are impacted I would not want to post a bulletin against each, just one bulletin that sits above it all - hope that makes sense! Many thanks 1
