Hornbill Cleaner - How can set separate deletion times for requests within a service request group but of different catalog IDs

The Hornbill cleaner config file has the Service 'RequestServices' parameter but we do want to set different retention periods for requests with separate catalog IDs within a specific service category.

That's not currently possible, and would require changes to both the cleaner tool and Service Manager. I'll add it to the list and will let you know when we've had chance to have a look.

The code is written, and we're waiting on the next Service Manager update before release. This should be in about a weeks time.
