Email Template query (Home System Email Templates)

Hi why is the summary and description showing as error once on a template i have used {{.H_Description}} and {{.H_Summary}} on other templates and it works fine? Anything i can try and check to rectify this this issue?

@Shamaila.Yousaf click on the "Source" button, navigate to where {{.H_description}} is, can you post a screenshot on how this appears in the source?

@Shamaila  sorry but I had to remove your reply, it contained a copy paste of the email template source which had information that should not be posted publicly (telephone numbers, email addresses). It was a bit too much to go through to remove only that data so I disabled the whole reply. Please be more mindful of what information is posted. A simple screenshot of how {{.H_description}} appeared in the source would have been sufficient.

Looking at the template config, I don't see an obvious reason as of why the variable does not have a value, please raise a support request with us so we can investigate this further.
