Guest Paul Alexander Posted May 12, 2021 Share Posted May 12, 2021 I'm trying to copy an email template, but I'm getting an error and the 'new' email template isn't being created. I've tried copying a few templates, and they all have the same outcome (ie. no template is created) When I click the 'copy' icon, and enter a new name, I get this icon for a few seconds: then this error: Any ideas please?
