Email Template Variable - {{.H_fixby|formatLocalTime}}

Odd issue this

In the email preview in the Hornbill outbox the {{.H_fixby|formatLocalTime}} is showing correct

But in the email sent and received it is showing as follows

Also, is there a formatLocalDate so it shows 22-03-2021 ?

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your post.  Sorry, I just want to confirm that what you are describing is all within the Email View and the different folders, outbox, sent, and received?  Can you also let us know if the email that was received by the recipient in their email client shows the correct date/time.
