Andy Woodley Posted January 22, 2021 Posted January 22, 2021 Dear All, One of our analysts is getting the attached 'FlowCode Exception' error (screenshot 1). This occurs when they try and access any of the Service Manager call queues. The queue appears to load but the part of the screen where the calls would appear is blank (screenshot 2). This issue is only affecting this analyst. Please can you advise?
