  1. Do you know if it is possible to remove the sidebar (shown in red box on attached image) from the FAQ page and if so how to do it?
  2. Dear All, One of our analysts is getting the attached 'FlowCode Exception' error (screenshot 1). This occurs when they try and access any of the Service Manager call queues. The queue appears to load but the part of the screen where the calls would appear is blank (screenshot 2). This issue is only affecting this analyst. Please can you advise?
  3. Dear All, Further to the issues we experienced yesterday with Hornbill, 2-3 of our agents are still getting errors when submitting Incidents. Please see screenshots attached. We have cleared browser cache in the first instance but are still getting the errors. Please can you advise? @Deen
  4. We are creating an area on our Self-Service portal for customers to request a change of details (things like name/contact number etc). Is there a way for the customers to be presented with their current information when they are requesting the change through the portal? Maybe side-by-side with the changes they are requesting to be made? Example of how we envisage the page looking below. Underneath the current/request change details fields would be further questions regarding reason for the change before being able to submit the request.
