Jeremy Posted July 20, 2020 Share Posted July 20, 2020 Would it be possible to have a new metric that easily allows you to see the time taken to resolve a call so date/time logged or timer started - date resolved or time stopped? Maybe this could be a column to be added initially, then later for this to be available in a view to see you average resolve times etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
