Global sub-status - but not QUITE!

Hi

I'm setting up a new service. However, this service will have it's own Sub Status's set, and the GLOBAL one's that we've already set won't be needed at all.

Would it be possible to add an option to the 'global' sub-status's to omit them from a particular service please? Without these I will either have at least one service with sub-status's which don't make sense, or I'll need to update every OTHER service to include the current global sub-status's individually - which is lot of work!!!
