Reorder the request action bar

@AgentVinh there isn't an option to re-order the action bar icons i'm afraid.  

There is an option in your business process nodes to set a Focus on a specific action icon when the process is at a particular suspend points - i.e awaiting resolution, awaiting a priority, awaiting owner - and at any of these points you can set the focus to Email or any other, but i am not sure this is exactly what you are looking for.   


I'll enquire if we can look at an option to allow users to set a default, or if service level re-ordering is an option (i suspect a user default might be a better option, as users may get frustrated if the order of icon's is different for requests raised against each and every service they may support - especially if you have lots of services)
