Routing Rules - Logic and Error Handling

Is it possible to have a breakdown of the logic applied when Routing Rules are applied, i.e.

  • When a Rule is matched but the Routing Template operation fails, does it then process the email against the remaining rules in the priority list?
  • Is there any capacity to cope with multiple occurrences of Request references?
