Martyn Houghton Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 Is it possible to have a breakdown of the logic applied when Routing Rules are applied, i.e. When a Rule is matched but the Routing Template operation fails, does it then process the email against the remaining rules in the priority list? Is there any capacity to cope with multiple occurrences of Request references? I also raised a separate post about contact matching below yesterday. Cheers Martyn
