Bulk Close Requests

Hi,

 

Is there anyway to bulk close resolved requests? or automatically close requests after a set period of time when resolved?

You can have a look at this comment which is part of a fairly long topic that discusses a way to do this.  There is also documentation here under the suspend operations.  Look for the Suspend and wait for status change operation.

Regarding your question about bulk closing requests, there is an option that may need to be enabled if it is not showing on your instance which provides options when you select multiple requests in the request list.  This setting is app.experimental.multipleRequestsAction which can be enabled by an administrator.

 

Once the button with the cogs is clicked on, you will have these options where you will be able to close the requests as part of the Resolve action.
