Hi all,

A few end-user's have reported that they are unable to view Service Requests on the Service portal. Is there a default setting or something that would be influencing this?

I can see my Service Requests on the portal, so it doesn't seem to be affecting everyone.

@dwalby is this affecting one service or more? Does the service have the portal visibility enabled? Is it only service requests, do the users see other request types, like incidents raised against same service?
