dwalby Posted July 3, 2018 Share Posted July 3, 2018 Hi all, A few end-user's have reported that they are unable to view Service Requests on the Service portal. Is there a default setting or something that would be influencing this? I can see my Service Requests on the portal, so it doesn't seem to be affecting everyone.
