Pulling through external_ref_number into an authorisation node details

Hi

If I want to use {{.H_external_ref_number}} as a flowcode in an authorisation node details how do I get it?  I have a get request info node prior to it but can't see external_ref_number in the list of flowcodes that I can then choose from. 

I tried to manually keyed in &[global["flowcode"]["external_ref_number"]] instead and although £200 is clearly entered against the 'Chargable Cost' (.h_custom_ref_number) field in request details it brought back a blank in the task details.  Most peculiar?  Can anyone help?

Hi @SJEaton,

This has now been added in  In the next Service Manager update, you'll be able to use Get Information > Get Request Details BPM automated task to get the value for External Reference Number.
