Hi

Request search results view – Can additional views be added in to the Request search results view, such as details?

Or can the search results output be exported to file?

Thanks for your post.

Currently, the results list from a Global Search for Requests is not configurable.  By hovering the mouse over the ID of a request in the results list will show you some more information such as the detail.

The Request List also provides a number of options for searching or filtering on requests, including filtering on request type, status, and the use of the Filter to narrow down the results.  You can also create custom Views.  The benefit for you using the Request List is that it also contains an Export feature.
