So I want them to see the services and the information/tabs etc within the service but not be able to amend any of the details with the service. I took the default services manager role and copied it. I then assigned this role to user to ensure that I was still able to do everything as the original role (without amending it). However, this did not work as I was only able to see the first tab of the service. Please can you help me Sonali

We have raised a defect to address this issue. We will update this post when a fix is available. Thanks, Ehsan
