Hi Victor
Many Thanks, the users affected can now log-in.
Is this a historical issue, or just affected users on latest release. I cant believe the 2 users in question were allocated the role yesterday

Hi
On our e mail template we are using the link
https://service.hornbill.com/<insertinstancehere>/servicemanager/request/view/{{.H_pk_reference}}/
which brings back the link
https://service.hornbill.com/<insertinstancehere>/servicemanager/request/view/IN00010296/
When we click on the Link it opens up the Portal, but does not go into the individual call and the
The URL reverts back to :
https://service.hornbill.com/<insertinstancehere>/servicemanager/
Is there an additional step which we have not followed
Many Thanks

Hi
When a Change Request is raised, currently an e-mail notification is send to our Change Manager :
Type - E Mail Notification
Task - E Mail Request Owner.
Is it possible to send this E Mail to a number of Internal E Mail Addresses. ( i.e. all member of the IT Department )
Many Thanks

Hi
I have created a fairly basic report.
The report lists all calls raised for certain departments, grouped by the field "Within Resolve Time"
This report is then represented by a Bar Chart
The issue we have is that the Legend returns the characters 0 and 1
Is there a way were we can amend to say :
0 = SLA Breached
1 = Within SLA
Otherwise the Report looks a bit unprofessional
Many Thanks

Hi
We are now on Version 2.37.0
All of a sudden the escalation e-mails are not being processed when calls are approaching breach, and calls are not being updated onto our Breaching Board,
Is there a feature in the latest version that we need to update??....
I have not changed any of the parameters in the Service Level Escalation Actions
Many Thanks
