  1. Hi Team, We would like to move some of our assets from one asset class to another asset class within Asset Management module. Is there anyway we can do this without actually removing them and importing back to new class ? Regards Adith
  2. Hello @James Ainsworth Further update on this case. We were informed by our team that only couple of users are affected by this issue. I have verified their profile in Hornbill and both are provided with the required roles/permissions and are active. The page loads up for them but as I have mentioned above it is without any icons or menu items just our header banner and footer. Is there anything that you suggest we check further on this scenario.   3. Hello @James Ainsworth, Yes, that's correct. We can see part of home page (header and footer, logo etc.) No widgets are shown, neither the options for raising a request or any of the services which should be visible in the home page. No particular error messages are shown in the page.
  4. Hello @James Ainsworth We had a check on the IPV6 and IPV4 configurations, it looks like our AVD's are in IPV4. Also found something strange today, the homepage is the only thing that doesn't loads up. I mean, as an Admin I can get into Configurations (Personal Settings, Platform Configurations, Service Manager..) everything loads. Even we can open up the Request Lists page and all. Just the homepage refuses to load completely. This is a concern for our end users who would be raising tickets from the home page. Do you have any advise on this ? Any homepage/employee portal related settings to be checked or reviewed ? Appreciate your help on this case. Regards Adith

  6. Hi Team, Our users who uses Azure Virtual Desktops reported that Hornbill is not loading up for them in AVD. This is happening only in AVD machines, they can access Hornbill from their local machines. There has been no changes made to restrict Hornbill from AVD. Have anyone come across a similar scenario, is there anything to be checked either from Hornbill or from Azure ? Any help on this Regards Adith
  7. Thank You @Victor - Yeah, just wanted to reconfirm if we are updating the sub-status it won't affect the already uploaded assets with that sub-status. Since we had the excel import with sub-status value added.
  8. Hi Team, Will updating the sub-status of assets affects the already uploaded assets (data loss or anything of such sort). 'Allocated' sub-status under Active to be changed to 'In use'. Shall I go ahead and edit it or any other better way. Regards Adith
  9. @Steve Giller - Thanks for marking it as an Enhancement request Steve. I will let my team know that Asset Tag can't be classified into Financial Information's. Also, would like to ask if there is any way to create a live stock view? An alternative to a virtual stock room.

Hi Team, I have 2 questions here regarding Asset Management module, In the Asset Management module under General Asset Information, is there anyway to change free text fields to drop downs to avoid numerous naming conventions being added when adding an Asset manually? In the Asset Management module, is there anyway the Asset tag field can be moved from financial information to the General Asset Information field? Regards Adith
  11. Yes, setting condition like these will fix the static value. Will have to come and edit each Monday to see the previous Friday's ticket. Thanks for your suggestion @HHH, really appreciate that

  13. Hi, Wondering if there is any way we can create a view to show all tickets raised on the previous Friday. Rather than a report, more interested to know if there is any way a view can be created for this. A Service Desk leader on a Monday would need this view to show all tickets raised on last Friday Any help or suggestions on this. Regards Adith
  14. Hi Team, I would like to bring in a custom attribute field added in for User details to create a new view in Request List. Scenario : We have a custom filed named as VIP to list out our VIP customers. I am trying to create a view to show all tickets raised by VIP customer, but unable to do so as I am not seeing the field while adding the conditions. Any help on this please. Regards Adith
