  1. Stumbled across this post as I was wondering the same thing myself!

    Would be so lovely to have something like this - we are reviewing our cusotmer engagement and how we communicate and we feel pages that hold information that is useful for our customers paired with shorter emails pointing them to the page is a good way forward.

  2. I use a call that where I am the customer and then go to the e-mail option and select the email from the template list. You can view it in the portal or send it so you can see how it looks on receipt. If you don't have one where you are the customer you can use any ticket to view the email template created - just remember not to press send :)
