    The applied fix was for the empty request list. We will check the display of catalog items in the Customer Portal and get back to you.

  2. Hi Paul

    If I'm understanding the area you're referring to, there should already be a button in the action bar but this will only be available when the request has been accepted by an Analyst. Might be worth posting a screen shot in case I've got it wrong.
