  1. Hi, It would be useful to have a capability for certain individuals to backdate resolution date/time. Useful for those occasions where a requests was inadvertently not updated or resolved at the time of incident resolution. Regards, Will.
  2. Hi, Is is possible to turn off the "Document updated by Report: " notifications? Since I'm creating and scheduling most of the reports and hence I'm the document owner I am getting a lot of these notifications. It would be good to be able to turn them off or maybe filter the notifications list by category (e.g requests, tasks, documents etc) Regards, Will.
  3. Hi, I created a "user last logged on" report which is a SQL Schema Designer report. The report seems to be using the raw data which is in UTC time rather than adjusting to my timezone which is GMT+4 This logon was actually 9am. Previous "entity" reports I have created do adjust to the correct timezone. Regards, Will.
  4. Hi, Is it possible to configure an auto-refresh in the My Activities view, similar to the one we have available in Service Manager - My Requests. I can only see a manual refresh at the moment. Regards, Will.
  5. @Martyn Houghton Thanks for the advice. I've shortened the window to ensure we are not impacted first thing in the morning. It actually looks like it might be network congestion adding to the issue as well. Price of internet leased lines in Dubai are sky high so we don't have the capacity I would like,
  6. Hi, It doesn't seem to be possible to e-mail supplier contacts directly from requests (unless I am missing something). This means I still end up having all of my suppliers set up as customers... Regards, Will.
  7. Hi, We seem to be having intermittent performance issues with Hornbill first thing in the morning 9am or so. We are on GMT+4 which is 3 hours ahead of UK in the Summer / 4 hours ahead rest of the year. This morning, when picking up a request it's taking 10s + just for the priority drop down to populate. then it hung for 10s+ when selecting an analyst for assignment. I'm not sure if we are hitting your backup windows due to the timezone or when there is a scheduled database job running or something similar. It does resolve itself and performance picks up later on, its just generally feels more sluggish in the morning. Regards, Will.
  8. Hi @Martyn Houghton Many thanks, I found the rogue message. Was an address which was misspelled. Regards, Will.
  9. Hi The below icon appeared against sent items. Couldn't see anything obvious in the server logs. Any ideas? Regards, Will.
  10. Hi @Bob Dickinson @Victor I have made the suggested change (removing the End node and replacing with a Switch Capture Node (to switch to the Catalog specific prog capture form) This has cleared the PCF error but it also skips the RFC custom form that is in included in the Information Systems Change V2 prog capture attached to each catalog item. Regards, Will.
  11. Hi @samwoo Are you talking about just viewing or creating / editing? I have scheduled reports running which automatically update reports in Document Manager Libraries, access to these libraries is then controlled by department, or by division. For example, our hotels open maintenance requests, I automatically generate a daily report at the time of shift change. The relevant team (usually reception and housekeeping) can log into the service portal and view the up to date reports that are relevant to them. I guess the downside with this approach is that you probably have to create and publish the reports for anyone that needs them. This works for my business as we are relatively small. Regards, Will.
  12. Hi, We've started receiving errors when opening requests in Service Manager. Started happening this morning. We can still browse the requests and update them but the error occurs each time when opening a request. Regards, Will.
  13. Hi @AlexTumber I've just updated Project Manager to look at the project budgets functionality. Can you confirm what validation is performed on the Project Currency field or where the list of allowed values is stored? I'm unable to set Emirati Dirham AED although I can set $ okay. Regards, Will.
  14. Top of the error details message is {"dumpMessage":"nextNode is empty!","attr":{"name":"new request","application":"com.hornbill.servicemanager","pcTemplateUrl":"app/features/pcapture/template/pc-template.html","pcControllerUrl":"app/features/pcapture/template/pc-template.controller.js","autoNextButtonView":"left","pathToFiles":"lib/espphplib/app_resource.php/1554-6-5419:com.hornbill.servicemanager/app/features/pcapture/forms/","inputParams":{"newRequestType":"Change Request","knowledgeSearch":{"user":
  15. I've tried setting to contains Change - still not working setting to contains change - still not working. Set back to == Change Request Tried changing to requestTypeSelectionDesc - still not working.
  16. Just to clarify it is Request type details->requestTypeSelectionData == Change Request It is still at the default settings as far as I know.
  17. Hi, When I raise a change using Raise New Change direct from Drop Down - the capture flow works. I understand this drops straight into the New Change progressive capture (which then drops into my self configured "IT Change Request Request" that is set at the catalog item level capture correctly When I raise a change using Raise New and then select Change afterwards I get the "The flow is poorly formed. Please contact your PCF Manager." error at the point when I'm clicking Next after selecting the Service. I understand this process uses the New Request capture, and then switches into the New Change progressive capture after the request type is selected. New Request Capture New Change Capture My Capture In theory in looks like it should end up at the same place when the capture branches but it isn't working. Any ideas? Regards, Will.
  18. @Steven Boardman @AlexTumber Many thanks, sorted now.
  19. Hi there, I have the Project Sub-Status visible on the project details form but the drop-down is empty The Project Sub-Status Simple list does have the default entries but it doesn't seem to be linked on the form. Regards, Will.
  20. @Steven Boardman This is great news thanks. Any chance we could bundle in an dropdown option to view My Requests and Connections Requests at the same time via the employee portal?
  21. @AlexTumber Thanks for the quick response. Looks great, looking forward to it.
  22. Hi, Is their an ETA on Programme Functionality for Project Manager? I have a couple of hotel openings in flight which are multi-faceted projects which I think would benefit from programme functionality. The projects involved multiple system deployments and often I need to track progress across multiple sub projects as well as the main hotel opening programme. Regards, Will.
