Thanks for releasing this functionality.

Just one query before we can close off from our perspective:

Status: Open/Closed (choice for the PM to select) - Built OK
Created Date (generated out of system) - Built OK
Title (single line text field) - Built OK
Description (free text field) - Built OK
Inbound/Outbound (choice) - Missing
Action (free text field) - Built OK
Priority (choice of 1,3,9 scoring) - Built OK as High, Medium & Low
Critical Date (date) - Built OK
Owner (person lookup) - Built OK

The Inbound/Outbound field is a must for us. I notice there is a 'Type' field but unsure if this should be the Inbound/Outbound field? At the moment, in my project, I only have 'Available Budget' to choose from the drop down.

As per the above red text - these four fields are not in the latest release - are there plans to build them? I've discussed with Dan and we are OK to accept Comments and Impact on Project fields not being there but Affected Tolerances and Mitigation are a must.

Just wondered if you had chance to review the requirements above re: Risk field updates/changes? And if there is a timeframe for these changes?

[Requirement: RAG Tolerances]

I'm about to post a few more requirements for the Project Manager application. I have run these past Dan prior to posting.

Requirement: RAG Tolerances

We need to be able to 'score' projects on a Red, Amber or Green basis. Each project overall RAG status is derived from project tolerances which are also scored as Red, Amber or Green.

The tolerances are:

Cost
Red - Forecast or Actual cost is more than £10k over budget
Amber - Forecast or Actual cost is over budget but within £10k
Green - Forecast or Actual cost is under the budget number

Time
Red - The baselined go-live date will be/has been missed and there is no plan to rectify
Amber - The baselined go-live date may be missed but a plan is in place to rectify
Green - The project is in the Initiate phase and the plan is yet to be baselined or the project is on track to achieve the baselined go-live date

Quality
Red - The quality of the deliverables are not in line with agreed specification and there is no mitigation plan
Amber - The quality of the deliverables are not in line with agreed specification but there is a mitigation plan to re-baseline quality specification
Green - The quality of the deliverables are in line with agreed specification

Benefits
Red - Benefits will be impacted and there is no mitigation plan
Amber - Benefits may be/will be impacted but there is a mitigation plan to re-baseline benefits
Green - Benefits are expected to realise in line with the approved Business Case

We would like Hornbill to automatically generate the overall RAG status for the project based upon the tolerance scoring. We would also like Hornbill to generate the RAG status for the Cost tolerance automatically based upon the data held within the Costs/Financials area of Project Manager. The other tolerances we would like the Project Manager or PMO to be able to choose from a drop down menu.

We would also like this information to be on the main home page of the Project as part of the dashboard with the milestones etc.
