Hi, hope you are all keeping safe and well

With the situation being what it is at the moment we are reviewing our projects and would like to change the status and sub status of some of our projects, however we seem to not be able to add to the drop down lists.  Is this something we are able to do?

We would like On Hold added to the status then Urgent and Non Urgent as an extra 2 items under Sub Status

    Hope this makes sense

    Kind regards

  2. Hi

I have produced a RAG Status for one of the projects, is it possible to make this generic within all projects so that I can report on this, without having to type it out for every single project?

    Kind regards

  3. Hi

I have had couple of issues when onboarding a project from a Service Request, once I have assigned it and completed the tasks on the SR it moves into Projects, however these have been duplicating, one will have no relationship with an SR and one will?

I then go into the one with no relationship and cancel the project (well try to), I go through all the tasks, milestones and timeline and completed all so there are no active tasks or milestones and then cancel the project.  Although I am getting a message to say Unable to close down the project as there are still active milestones and/or project tasks  it did allow me to cancel one project, so this is only happening on one of the two that duplicated yesterday.

    Kind regards

  4. Hi

On a couple of our projects we are getting the following message when adding, amending or completing a task, although if we press refresh it then comes into sight or is completed.  Is there anything you can do to stop this happening?

FlowCode Exception (com.hornbill.projectmanager/entities/ProjectTasks/fc_ops/completeProjectTask): nodeName: Invoke Flowcode: updateProjectMilestone; nodeId: 5352eb89-e00b-4142-9a03-b9d33e4b23d9; At 540/1: "Uncaught EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[apps/com.hornbill.projectmanager/ProjectMilestones::updateProjectMilestone] FlowCode Exception (com.hornbill.projectmanager/entities/ProjectMilestones/fc_ops/updateProjectMilestone): nodeName: Invoke Flowcode: bmUpdateCardTypeProject; nodeId: 62d411b5-e788-4bc5-839c-9081ae138e64; At 379/1: "Uncaught EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[apps/com.hornbill.projectmanager::bmUpdateCardTypeProject] FlowCode Exception (com.hornbill.projectmanager/flowcode/fc_ops/bmUpdateCardTypeProject): nodeName: Invoke Flowcode: updateCard; nodeId: b00fbfa4-c8be-4ead-82b0-2bf1bc761395; At 153/1: "Uncaught EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[apps/com.hornbill.boardmanager/Card::updateCard] FlowCode Exception (com.hornbill.boardmanager/entities/Card/fc_ops/updateCard): nodeName: Update Card; nodeId: b9e6bd6a-057a-47e3-8b93-074bfdb84e2a; At 174/1: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'record' of undefined" throw(e); _fc_node_exec_b9e6bd6a_057a_47e3_8b93_074bfdb84e2a" throw(e); _fc_node_exec_b00fbfa4_c8be_4ead_82b0_2bf1bc761395" throw(e); _fc_node_exec_62d411b5_e788_4bc5_839c_9081ae138e64" throw(e); _fc_node_exec_5352eb89_e00b_4142_9a03_b9d33e4b23d9

  5. Hi

I am going through the projects and trying to amend the project budget figures for some of the projects where the Project Managers have just put a general figure, I am able to edit and save and all looks correct, I then leave the project and go back in and the figure has reset itself to what it was previously.

I have tried changing my role to the Project Manager but the same thing happens, any suggestions on how I can amend these figures?

    Kind regards and many thanks
