  2. @Victor, I am unable to access the information above you added as it does state 'Sorry we can't show this content because you do not have permission to see it'. Rgds, Izu
  3. @Victor, Thanks for the update. I created a similar topic to this one but that with regards to SupportWorks data but I can't find the topic. Please, could you update me on that as well. Rgds, Izu

  5. Please, could you confirm that the fix to the product defect (ref: PM00155016) has been implemented and the update version of the Hornbill Cleaner utility is available?
  6. @Paul Davis, My question was where to I check to see the version of the most recent update and the details of the fixes in that version. I have know that the HSM tab in the App Store as shown above can provide such information but I do not want to click on it in case that triggers an update. The reason is, I have to raise a change request prior to implementing the update. Rgds, Izu
  7. @Steve G, I have got the schedule auto-generate request at different times hence ignore my last correspondence. Rgds, Izu
  8. @Victor, Thanks for the feedback. It does seem that we are on the standard edition hence we are unable to apply any of steps you mentioned above. I would like to know the specific user permission that allows a user to add a device in the standard edition as removing that permission would resolve the issue. Rgds, Izu
  9. @Steve G, I have applied the three new objects for there separate services and this has been set up in the conf.json file. When the schedule for these objects are set at the same time, it executes and generates there separate SRs but it does not execute properly if the schedules are set at different times. Please, could you let me know how we can apply schedules at different times for more than one service within one conf.json file? Rgds, Izu
  10. How do we retrieve the service and catalog item IDs (i.e. numeric values) from HSM as I do require these for the API Scheduler config file? Rgds, Izu
  11. I would like to know if we can set up multiple requests types within one config file for the API scheduler to generate these request in one run?
  12. We would like access to the HSM mobile device App to be deactivated on our LIVE instance.
  13. Secondly, how do we revert to a previous version of service manager after an unsuccessful update.
  14. Please, could you let me know how/where to check the most recent version of Service Manager. Rgds, Izu
  15. Based on the above issues highlighted above, we would like to know the reason for the change in the content of the log files between the previous and the current LDAP Import utility. Rgds, Izu
  16. Hi Steve, Thanks for the assistance and support. The service request has been auto-generated and I have checked the log file and all looks OK. Rgds, Izu
  17. Hi, Please, could I have a feedback with regards to this request. Rgds, Izu
  18. Hi Gerry, We intend implementing a dryrun on our LIVE instance hence would like to confirm the level of risk with regards to performance and data. Furthermore, you indicated above that your backups are taken nightly and on that basis; I would like to confirm when your backup complete. Rgds, Izu
  19. Hi, We intend establishing a communication link between Service Manager and JIRA whereby requests created in Service Manager can be auto-generated in JIRA as well. Are there any restrictions/issues we need to be aware of especially with regards to emailing/auto updates. We do intend using auto responder rules hence would like to confirm that any auto updates would not cause mail loops e.g. any caveats we should issue via the support model, like cc'ing the two tools to avoid auto updates. Rgds, Izu
  20. Hi Steve, Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I got the feedback that the API call was successful but I am unable to see the generated request/task in Service Manager. Please, could you let me know how to check\confirm that the request/task has been created. Rgds, Izu
  21. Hi Steve, I am waiting on a feedback to my last correspondence on this issue. Rgds, Izu
  22. Hi Steve, I amended the cron schedule expression yesterday as suggested and I have had a look at the log file and the output has not changed. The fact is the API scheduler has always been running as a background process since last month but the issue is I cannot confirm that the request/task is being generated. Rgds, Izu
  23. Hi Steve, I sent the config and log files yesterday via the Hornbill Support email address. Rgds, Izu
  24. Hi Steve, I have had at the 'Associating a Group to Hornbill User Accounts' section of the Wiki page as suggested. Furthermore, I look at the current configuration setting (i.e. 'Organisations') via the Data Configuration Manager' and compared that to the previous settings implemented via the two config files and it does seem to me that the 'Organisation' settings is incomplete. Please, see below the current and previous configuration settings sections and let me know your feedback.. conf_Department.json "OrgLookup":{ "Action":"Both", "Enabled":true, "Attribute":"[department]", "Type":2, "Membership":"member", "TasksView":false, "TasksAction":false, "OnlyOneGroupAssignment":true } conf_costcentre.json "OrgLookup":{ "Action":"Both", "Enabled":true, "Attribute":"[company]", "Type":3, "Membership":"member", "TasksView":false, "TasksAction":false, "OnlyOneGroupAssignment":true }
