  1. Is there a central location where customer feedback can be collated?  Rather than opening each closed call?

    It would be useful to provide senior management with reports of customer feedback, now we have started using Service Manager.

    I've been unable to find an answer to my query, so would anyone be able to advise if it is possible to group FAQ items within a Service Portfolio?

    We have setup a portfolio for Information and Advice in Service Manager and rather than having a long list of self help articles, I'd like to group like items together.  Does anyone know if this is possible?
