NEW: Raise requests from a chat session if you have the Live Chat app installed CHANGE: Fields against Assets that contained user IDs are now able to accept longer values FIX: Request details would not open in Internet Explorer if the service had not been configured with a custom form FIX: Portals could show duplicate service categories and would only load 6 services in some cases FIX: BPM error when trying to send email to an external address FIX: Company field shows "undefined" if a request's customer is changed to a Colleague FIX: Resolved an issue where Service Panel would not display under Service Category views in the Portals Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
