I have set up a dropdown set of responses in the Incident Service to allow users to give feedback, the star ratings work fine but when I changed it to allow the question the user can see the options but the 'submit' button does nothing. Is this an issue?

Sorry but I unable to replicate this issue on my dev instances, maybe its browser related issue I guess, can you please let me know what browser are you using with browser version if possible? Guest riz Posted November 11, 2016 Posted November 11, 2016 Hi Derek, We have fix the issue and fix will be available in our next schedule release 2.36.7, you will needs to confirm if submit feedback working on you instance or not after applying the new release as this is very rare case issue and which we unable to replicate on our most development instances, we will look into it again if still facing the issue.
