The latest version of Hornbill Service Manager (880) has been released to live.

Release Notes for this release are as follows:

Fix

• Fixed issue where not all Service Categories weren't being loaded in the Portals
• removed erroneous comma
• Unable to see the reopen requests button on the resolution tab {PM00144223}
• in the request details form in progressive capture, if the form is required, the focus passes to the summary when the user start typing in the description
