Service Manager 2.35 release available

We released our new version of Service Manager 2.35. This is now available for you to update in Hornbill app store. Below is a list of changes and fixes introduced by this version:

FIX: Services would not appear in the advanced search section when trying to link a request
FIX: Email option was not available in the timeline
FIX: Visibility options were missing from request details tabs
FIX: Performance improvement of the Asset details
FIX: BPM would fail when closing a request in the Portals
FIX: Invoking a catalog from the Portals Search would cause the page to hang in some cases
FIX: Request global search advanced options was not showing Services correctly
FIX: Fixed issue in the portals where it would have undefined on a closed request
FIX: Long service names have been truncated in the advanced search filters
FIX: Not all Customer Portal services were being loaded in the Portal Search

PATCH 2.35.3


This patch addresses two issues: first issue is where the list of requests failed to load on mobile app and the other issue where analysts were unable to change an SLA on a request unless they have service desk admin role.

If your instance has been affected by any of these issues please update to this release.
