sprasad Posted October 12, 2016 Share Posted October 12, 2016 We have now had Version 2.33.4 applied and note that when we update a request from an email, it shows as follows:- Email from:Dave TraffordSubject:RE: IDXIN00021220 Request ResolvedDetails:Thanks Shalesh The Email from is great but it would be even better if this could show us the full email address so we could distinguish between an Co-Worker and a Contact.
