Victor Posted September 14, 2016 Share Posted September 14, 2016 If you experience an issue in Admin tool where you do not have visibility for Business Process, Progressive Capture, Reporting and Advanced Analytics in "Service Manager" application you would need to update Service Manager application to the latest release. You can still access these sections via following URLs: Business Processhttps://admin.hornbill.com/<instance_id>/app/com.hornbill.servicemanager/workflow/bpm/ Progressive Capturehttps://admin.hornbill.com/<instance_id>/app/com.hornbill.servicemanager/workflow/procapture/ Reportinghttps://admin.hornbill.com/<instance_id>/app/com.hornbill.servicemanager/reporting/ Advanced Analyticshttps://admin.hornbill.com/<instance_id>/app/com.hornbill.servicemanager/analytics/ Please remember to replace <instance_id> with the ID of your own instance.
