Closed Incident Last Month

We are pretty new to how the reporting works, I have been asked if someone could note if the below statement will show the average close time for incidents the prior month

 

 

h_requesttype = 'Incident' and (h_status = 'status.resolved' or h_status = 'status.closed') and h_dateresolved >= LAST_DAY(NOW() - INTERVAL 2 MONTH) + INTERVAL 1 DAY and h_dateresolved < LAST_DAY(NOW() - INTERVAL 1 MONTH) and h_site='kent'

Hi Gareth,

The text you specified is where statement so the average will depend on exactly what you are selecting/specifying before it.
But yes, the criteria is going to bring back:

• Incidents
• In a status of Resolved or Closed
• Date Resolved is greater than the 1st Day of Last Month
• Date Resolved is less than the last Day of Last Month
• The site of the request is Kent
