The latest update of Service Manager (3086) has been released to live.

• Alterations to Request List Dark mode highlight colours to improve experience and introduction of an email style unread indicator

• Email Template Groups are not loaded when workflows change
• Wait For Status Change does not trigger workflow resume when the status is changed to New {PM00182301}

• the BPM operation Requests->Suspend->Await Expiry will progress if the expire date/time is set in the past {PM00182198}
