ljbrown Posted April 8, 2024 Posted April 8, 2024 Existing FAQ guides have seemingly lost their images and instead display the blank image icon on the customer portal view. The back end view within service portfolio shows no evidence of images at all. It seems to be ok for any new FAQs created, is this a bug which can be fixed to prevent us having to go through and recreate each one? 1
JanS2000 Posted April 10, 2024 Posted April 10, 2024 We noticed a similar issue. We have some FAQs that show the blank image icon, but the images are visible in the service portfolio. Images in some other articles show okay.

Images are still showing the blank icon but we'd really appreciate being informed as to whether this is something that could potentially be fixed without us having to manually review and update each FAQ.
