Inbound is working fine and we were able to disconnect and reconnect our keysafe but we're still not getting any outbound mail flowing. The first failed message happened at 6:08 AM Pacific time. James Ainsworth Posted April 4 Share Posted April 4 Hi MacLean, Thanks for your post. This was an issue that affected North American customers. A fix was put in place about an hour ago.
