Is there a test environment for service desks that use Hornbill, im an admin so before activating workflows etc id like an environment to test them before going live, does this exist?

I'm far from the most experienced member on this forum but the way we do it is to have a "Sandpit" service in our service portfolio with only testing teams as subscribers and supporting teams. Then we publish test captures and workflows into there and it bypasses all our live reporting as well. Within the service we enable the ability to cancel calls so they don't hang around.

Good idea, also noticed you can set the service to pipeline status so your end user base cant see it.

Just FYI while in the pipeline, no one will be able to see it apart from the user designing the service, and only for the purpose of designing the service further until is ready to be included in the catalogue.
