Viewing attachments - settings for COnnections

Hello All

We have received a request to change our settings in Hornbill, so that people who are added as 'Connections' to calls can view Attachments. Currently they cannot see these. 

We noticed that the attached setting is switched off.

By switching this on, would we achieve the desired effect, i.e. would those people who are added to Requests and Incidents as 'Connections' gain the ability to view the contents of files uploaded as attachments?

Is there any risk of adverse effects if we switch this on, and if so, can you give me some specific examples please?
