Empty lines after a portal bulletin

Hi,
Not sure if this comment, 'massive amount of white space now on the bulletin widget' is about the same issue I have, but there was a response Posted August 3, 2021 saying 'We are aware of this issue and working already on the fix.'

Is there a fix or a way round seeing all the empty space?

Portal with a bulletin, so much white space that people have failed to see that there is a catalog item for them to click, and have thought they should be clicking 'Make a request':
