New Update: Service Manager (2997)

Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2997) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

Change
  • the 'Take Ownership' button on a request will be disabled if the assignment action is disabled or locked {CH00180142}
  • Added additional variables in custom buttons {CH00178792}
Fix
  • the BPM operation Change Requests->Update Request->Change Type is not visible to the user {PM00180943}
  • request charts returning unexpected data on the dashboard {PM00180941}
  • Starting an SLA can fail when set to use a service level with no targets configured and cause further errors on SLA change {PM00180927}
  • the request list return unexpected results when applying the filter 'Source is not Email' {PM00180926}
  • raising Change Requests from the Employee Portal is not allowed if the app setting additionalRequestTypes.change is disabled {PM00180889}
  • Requests for retired services are not included within request list dashboard charts data {PM00180886}
  • Email content changes are lost when changing attachment options on Apply To Email form in Preview UI {PM00180867}
  • Automated Service Level Change does not respect the app setting guest.app.view.ITSM.serviceDesk.slm.enableAutomatedSLChanges {PM00180838}
