New Update: Service Manager (2995)

The latest update of Service Manager (2995) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

• the category's description is now displayed on the right hand side of the category form when logging a new request {CH00180076}
• It is now possible to preview images attached to requests for analysts {CH00179905}

Fix

• Back end operation chatbotKnowledgeSearch not returning articles as expected {PM00180722}
• Reports under report categories do not display if last modified by a now deleted user {PM00180709}
• Bookmarks do not log visits to service requests and change requests {PM00180663}
• asset list advanced search returning unexpected results {PM00180321}
• Timeline update menu does not open for posts with no text content {PM00180405}
• Sub-status change does not work when the popup for reason or time selection is not displayed {PM00180312}
