Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2984) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

  • Added Urgency Assessments definition to provide a way to create questions to automatically assess the urgency of a request. {CH00179732}

Fix
  • Target marked outside of resolution time when using pause on resolution functionality {PM00180296}
  • the catalog name is not saved when logging a scheduled request {PM00180253}
  • Raising request from email - Co-worker form does not get populated from email address {PM00180193}
  • List of profile assets not returning the expected results in some scenarios {PM00180137}
  • Fixed empty custom date fields are incorrectly displayed in request print view as 1/1/1970 {PM00180041}
  • Apply email to a request with no right to access {PM00179851}
