The latest update of Service Manager (2973) has been released to live.

• Adding support for wiki toolbar to request view in Preview UI {CH00179909}

• Progressive Capture Customer Search form - Option to include archived users {CH00179697}
• Record date of customer feedback provided against a request for use in reporting {CH00178789}
• New button to the right hand summary section on a request for a one-click option to assign the request to the session user {CH00179882}
• a new BPM operation to get information about the user that raised the request is now available {CH00178770}

Fix

• Child requests created from system actions e.g. autoresponder do not have a workflow process generated {PM00180001}
• the BPM operation to add a request member is not working as expected in the context of a basic user {PM00179913}
• BPM operation to update the request customer not working as expected in the context of a Basic User {PM00179870}
• Unable to Specify Recipients when attempting to configure an email reminder {PM00178942}
