Ponni Thomas Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 Hi, One of our Hornbill shared mailbox stopped accepting incoming emails and it bounce back to the sender undelivered. The last email received by the mailbox is on 31st Oct 2023 08:28 and outbound works fine for the same mailbox. I had a look at the mailbox settings and noticed that connection of POP3 server fails with authentication failed error. There wasn't any changes made to this mailbox recently. Screenshots attached. Anyone knows why it broke all of a sudden? 1
