New Update: Service Manager (2970)

Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2970) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

Change

  • Update the IC Service Form to include the selected catalog id as an output param {CH00179604}
  • Add Timezone to the IC Customer Details form {CH00179563}
  • Added validation on unique Serial Number when importing assets with class 'Telecom' and 'Computer Peripheral' via CSV file {CH00178785}
  • Added new option for email priority selection on request email action {CH00178765}

Fix

 

  • user unable to see Change Requests they're connected to in the Employee Portal {PM00179838}
  • Showing handle instead of User Id in the member added timeline entry on the request details view. {PM00179806}
