New Update: Hornbill Core UI (2028)

Hello everyone,

The latest update of Hornbill Core UI (2028) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

New

• Preview UI - New Views: Workspace, News Feed, Post
• Activities - Activity edit popup - New option to notify owner when task is completed (platform build >= 3800)

Change

• Admin - Platform Conf - Email - Routing Rules: Reworked layout slightly and added intellisense to rule expression
• Admin - Platform Conf - Mail - Routing Rules: Use select box to choose rule action instead of switches (requires server 3802).
• Preview UI - Activity dialog - Increased complete right column
• Preview UI - Email List - Updated layout of the list
• Update SSO Profile creation to reflect the changes to the metadata

Fix

• Preview UI - "Make this my default view" was not working for new views.
• Admin - Intelligent Capture - incorrect link to view process from property value search popup
• Admin - Webhooks: Changing entity caused js error when fetching db columns resulting in columns not being displayed in intellisense.
• New UI - pages continually refresh if the url contains a single quote (or other html encoded character)
• Activities - Fixes around themes in activity popup and activity calendar view
• Admin - BPM - Access Granted To section not showing on properties popup for users who are not administrators
• Activity popup - Complete form - custom field long labels pushes complete buttons outside the form
• Employee Portal - Sometimes seeing error "Widget Not available due to an error when plugging in". The workaround solution was to clear the browser cache.
• Resolve workspace redirection issue when clicking from notification dialog.
• New UI - remove visisdbility oiptions from workspace view
• Preview UI - Global Search was mot changng the context for new view
• Admin - User Create - hide change password section when creating a new user
• Admin - reporting - deleting a sql criteria adds an empty element
• New UI - when editing a large post or comment which has the Show More option, it isn't automatically expanded
• New UI - When a user does not have a profile image, the icon image displayed in the activitystream post box was always set t U rather than the initial of the users name
• Support embedding of urls from x.com (twitter)
• New UI - The post more menu in the activitystream is visible on the employee portal
• Preview UI - Intelligent Capture - Autocomplete fields not displaying correctly
• Preview UI - Custom Forms - Missalignment of radiobuttons and text
• Preview UI - Employee Portal - Overflow text in Catalogue Items
• Preview UI - Email view - improved detecting remote images, not showing prompt again untill browser refresh
