The latest update of Service Manager (2957) has been released to live.

• Added TimeZone to the options in the Customer Section on a Request {CH00178793}

Change

• the BPM operation 'Requests->Assets->Get All ' will also include the option to return the asset ID {CH00179509}
• It is now possible to include unavailable users in the Round Robin and Most Available assignment bpm operations {CH00178788}

Fix

• unexpected business process started when raising a scheduled request against a catalog item {PM00179554}
• Request list shared views - Error when trying to bulk change owner {PM00179473}
