Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2952) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

New
  • Added timeline to the service view {CH00178766}
  • the ability to automatically create requests based on a defined schedule {CH00178764}
Change
  • Show Resolution Text in Employee Portal if the Timeline visibility is set to Customer {CH00178787}
Fix
  • unable to paste multiple screenshots when raising a new request {PM00179390}
