Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2949) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

New
  • Added new bpm operation suspend wait for connection {CH00178767}
Change
  • Added additional Custom Fields on the Request Table {CH00178711}
  • the BPM operation 'Requests->Access Control->Lock/Unlock Actions' now includes an option to Lock/Unlock All actions {CH00178786}
  • "Respond by" time is now visible on the portals {CH00178758}
  • request view expanded to use the full screen width
  • add last updated column to customer portal request list {CH00178759}
  • its now possible to get informations about an asset via the BPM operations 'Entity->Assets->Get Asset Information' {CH00178775}
Fix
  • Service subscribers - Search includes already subscribed organisations {PM00179160}
  • getTeamInformation bpm operation outputs returning null values (PM00179218)
  • autoresponder operation 'Raise new request' fails sending email confirmation {PM00179183}
  • Service Portfolio - Service Levels not readable in Dark Mode {PM00178113}
  • IC Fields not being populated with correct information {PM00178566}
